Annie
Annie has been sharing stories and history with Mark Nesbitt’s Ghosts of Gettysburg for almost 20 years. Annie is a school teacher, worked as a drama coach, and spends time with the Civilians of Gettysburg. While living near Gettysburg, she's had the opportunity to participate in reinacting and the fine arts of dance, theater, and poetry. Other than sharing the stories and history of Gettysburg she enjoys spending time with her family, or you can catch her running a 5K with her dogs in the surrounding areas.

Don
Don has been a guide for Ghosts of Gettysburg Candlelight Walking Tours since 2022. Although he’s the newest guide, he has been able to learn from some of the other guides who have been with Ghosts of Gettysburg longer. Don has had a love for the paranormal since he was a child and is also very much into history - specifically the Civil War. He feels fortunate to live in Gettysburg and see the battlefield every day and very lucky to be able to be your guide and tell you stories of the paranormal. Don loves this job, loves meeting people from all over and looks forward to meeting you all and wishing everyone a big “Stay spooky!!!!!”
Nick
Nick has been a tour guide with Ghosts of Gettysburg since 2016. He loves history and thinks it’s very cool that people come to the small town of Gettysburg from all over the world to learn about history. He loves going on other ghost tours and feels like it gives you a behind-the-scenes look at history that you don’t get from books. Nick loves to stand on a spot in Gettysburg tell you what happened during the battle followed by a ghost story about the same spot. When he is not giving tours, Nick is in sales and loves to travel, learn about history, and run.
Ron
Ron has been a tour guide for Ghosts of Gettysburg since 2008. He is from Phillipsburg, PA. Ron’s wife Jan is a retired elementary school teacher and his daughter Allison lives in New York City. Ron is a retired TV reporter for Altoona and Harrisburg and has been a press secretary for three state government agencies across four administrations - his proudest career accomplishments include meeting and interviewing Walter Cronkite at the 1988 Republican National Convention and standing next to and covering former Penn State football coach Joe Paterno as he seconded the nomination of George H.W. Bush at this same convention. In Ron’s retirement, he enjoys playing golf and loves taking history tours on river cruises in Europe. Ron is also an avid Star Trek fan.
Sandy
Sandy started as a guide for Ghosts of Gettysburg in 2003. She loves Gettysburg history, genealogy and guiding ghost tours. Sandy’s great-grandfather served as Burgess (mayor) of Gettysburg from 1925 through the late 1930’s when Gettysburg was developing as place of national historic presence. She is a lifetime Girl Scout and loves taking Scouts on tour. Sandy enjoys arts and crafts and decorating. She lives in Gardners with her husband of 46 years and has two daughters and three grandchildren. Sandy is retired after 25 years as a substitute teacher.
Sue
Sue has been a tour guide for Ghosts of Gettysburg since 2022. She moved from Michigan to York, PA forty-one years ago, and just recently moved from York to Gettysburg. Sue is an RN. She has always been fascinated with the paranormal, and having the opportunity to guide for Mark Nesbitt has allowed her to pursue two of her great interests: ghosts and history. She loves telling Mark's stories, and being a lifelong learner, Sue always wants to be learning new things about the Battle of Gettysburg. She loves seeing the enthusiasm the public brings to our tours.
Sally
Sally has been a tour guide for 28 years. She is a retired teacher. She has lived her whole life in south central Pennsylvania. Sally grew up in McConnellsburg near the burial site of the first Confederate soldiers killed in the Gettysburg Campaign.
