Sandy
I am starting my 23rd season as a guide for Ghosts of Gettysburg. I love Gettysburg history, genealogy and guiding ghost tours. My great-grandfather served as Burgess (mayor) of Gettysburg from 1925 through the late1930’s when Gettysburg was developing as place of national historic presence. I am a Lifetime Girl Scout and love taking Scouts on tour. I enjoy arts and crafts and decorating. I live in Gardners with my husband of 46 years. We have two daughters and three grandchildren. I am retired after 25 years as a substitute teacher.

Moved from Michigan to York, Pa 41 years ago, and just recently moved from York to Gettysburg. I am an RN. I have always been fascinated with the paranormal, and having the opportunity to guide for Mark Nesbitt has allowed me to pursue two of my great interests: ghosts and history. I love telling Mark's stories, and being a lifelong learner, I always learn something new about the Battle of Gettysburg with every tour. I love seeing the enthusiasm the public brings to our tours.
